Designed to unite diverse communities of artists and audiences, Exchange encourages visual artists working in innumerable mediums to approach the concept of Exchange in just as many ways. 	Linda Hirsch: CUBA: Threads of Hope & Renewal ON VIEW: January 21 - February 28, 2010 This exhibition of photography by Linda Hirsch beautifully documents unique Jewish communities in Cuba. Over the course of several trips to the island, Hirsch immersed herself into the lives and homes of Cuba’s Jews, revealing rich traditions, cultural affectations and humble settings with stunning clarity and sincerity. Hirsch’s portrait of Cuba offers viewers the opportunity to reflect on their own ethnic heritage through images that appear both foreign and familiar.
