Tito Puente LATIN MUSIC SERIES
FREE
Latin Music and Dancing in the Park!
Powerful Latin dance music kicks off this exciting series with La
Timbística, a group of the most prominent Latin
musicians from the new generation. Then, we present the Boston debut
of the high-powered Son de Madre, directly from
New York City, followed by Fausto Cuevas with his ensemble
Orquesta La Moderna, an explosive performance by William
Cepeda, and a true celebration with Gregorio Uribe.
This year, through a special celebration with the City of Boston
and Mayor Thomas M. Menino’s Office of Arts, Tourism and Special
Events, we present Eguie Castrillo y su Orquesta
with the famous Salsa star: Jerry Rivera. This
explosive celebration will take place on Saturday July 31 on City
Hall Plaza! Come to dance and experience this truly amazing
music!
